Ideas for Change

PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH A SPARK

Securing Funding

The best way to secure funding is to have a clear idea of what your project’s vision, aims and objectives are and have a clear idea of what impact you see the project making.  I can help you develop your ideas and take you through the steps to develop your business case for investment.  I can also help with identifying appropriate sources of funding for your project.

Putting together the Business Case for Investment

The Business Case for investment would include the following, project description, project need, options analysis, financials, outputs, risk analysis, cost benefit analysis, evaluation and communications plans.

Identifying and bidding for funds

I can provide support to identify appropriate funding opportunities and bid for a range of funds, including European and government funding.

"Sanjee was a key member of the project group which lead on the MAS-NEPA initiative for One NorthEast. Her contribution to the team was invaluable particularly in relation to the economic appraisal. She also provided key input to the business plan which had to be developed to access £32 million public funding and was part of the team which successfully presented the case to Treasury."
